The customer provides all materials: fabric, trims, patterns and components. We handle cutting, sewing, quality control and packing.
The customer provides patterns and fabric. Trims and any missing materials are supplied by the customer, or we source them by agreement.
We work from ready patterns or from an idea, photos and a reference. Materials, the sample and the batch launch are handled by the production side.

Frequently asked questions about working together
What is the minimum batch?
The minimum batch is from 500 pieces. A manager clarifies how to split a batch between models and colors when quoting your order.
Which materials do you work with?
We sew from knitted fabrics: single jersey, french terry, brushed french terry, fleece, rib, cashkorse, interlock, piqué and other knits.
Can the factory purchase the materials?
Yes, by agreement we can purchase the fabric, thread, trims, labels and packaging.
What does production include?
Cutting, sewing, quality control, labelling and packing of the batch. If needed — checking or developing patterns and producing a sample. The exact scope of work is defined after the project is assessed.
What is needed to get a quote?
Send a technical brief, patterns, photos or a description of the model, and state the batch size and desired timing. A manager will clarify the details and prepare a quote with cost and lead time.
What are the production lead times?
The lead time depends on the complexity of the model, materials, number of colors, size range and current production load, so it is given when your specific order is quoted. Delivery time is not included.
Do you work with marketplace sellers?
Yes, marketplace sellers are one of the main audiences of the factory. We label items with the customer’s codes and pack the batch.
Do you work with tenders and government orders?
Yes, we work with government and tender customers and can take part in tenders. We produce batches to a technical specification, label and pack them, and deliver the finished products. For government orders, materials can be purchased after the contract is signed.
Do you sew workwear?
Yes, we sew workwear. The model, scope of work and materials are discussed when your order is quoted: send a request describing the product and the batch size.
Do you sew products that are not clothing?
Yes, besides clothing we sew bags, shopping bags, covers and bed linen. The terms are the same as for clothing: batches from 500 pieces, with the scope of work and materials defined when your order is quoted.
How do we receive the finished batch?
We accept orders from all over Russia. The batch can be collected in person or handed to a transport company. Delivery cost and time are calculated separately. International delivery is not available.
